What is the Four Diamond Guarantee?

The Four Diamond Guarantee has deep roots in the culture at GAMCO. Based off of the founder’s family coat of arms, our industry-leading warranty dates back 700 years to Europe.

Simply put, the Four Diamond Guarantee offers a lifetime warranty covering parts and labor. While it doesn’t cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear, this warranty provides superior coverage when most manufacturer’s warranties end.

In the event one of our products go faulty, we will take care of everything, including materials and labor. With the Four Diamond Guarantee, you can enjoy the worry-free and hassle-free use of your GAMCO installed products.

How Does the Four Diamond Guarantee Affect the Manufacturer’s Warranty?

Most manufacturers will offer a standard warranty for their products, but these warranties are typically lackluster and only cover a short period of time.

For instance, Pella® offers Limited Warranty of one year on their windows and offers a full comprehensive Limitation of Libility pamphlet, which thoroughly explains exlcusions. After this period has expired, any defects such as a broken window seal would be at the customer’s expense if they were not backed up by the Four Diamond Guarantee.
